Introduction of Department

This department consists of four majors: food study, cooking science, nutrition study, and meal service management. The goal of the department is to develop professionals who can manage a scientific and reasonable food operation and make contributions to improving people’s health. Professionals in this field can have careers as nutrition teachers, nutritionists in companies and hospitals, nutrition consultants, researchers in food companies, public health workers, and restaurant managers.
