Introduction of Department
The Department of Robotics aims to foster future-oriented engineers who will lead the core technologies in the field of smart machines and robots, which are key technologies, which are driving the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. To achieve this goal, we focus on providing intensive education in key areas such as design/control technology of mechatronics system, CAD/CAE/CAM-based smart manufacturing technology, and software-based intelligence technology. Graduates are equipped with smart innovation capabilities through theoretical education and strengthening practical skills. This allows them to pursue careers in the fields of machinery and robotics, as well as various emerging industries of the future such as smart factories, AI, smart electronics, VR, and gaming. Furthermore, our program offers an educational track for teaching in the mechanical field, enabling graduates to acquire teaching certifications and pursue careers as middle and high school educators.
