Department of Smart Sensor Engineering

The department is intended to train and educate students to have scientific ways of thinking and the ability to solve problems creatively, and to work out in various applied fields of the industrial society of information. The prepared courses are designed to teach physics, which is an understanding and interpretation of natural phenomena, from the basic to the applied, in a step-by-step way. This method helps students acquire knowledge of physics and its analytical abilities systematically. Also, based on the basic knowledge of physics, the courses train and educate students to become intelligent human resources with scientific ways of thinking and the ability to solve new problems. The department intends to foster development of competent students through computer-utilizing scientific calculation and cutting-edge measurement experiment so that they can exercise their potentials and apply their abilities based on knowledge of physics in various cutting edge fields and industries.
